The Decoder.
What your face and body are reporting, from your forehead to your pinky toe, and the emotional root underneath it. Save this. Come back to it. Search it any time something new shows up.
Learn these five and the whole guide makes sense.
Your body files things by category. Before you look anything up, know the pattern underneath the patterns.
Then check the side. This is not about men and women. It is about the two energies everyone has.
The guide is the funnel. It is not the answer.
Name the place, not the judgment.
Not "I look tired." Under eyes. Not "my arms are gross." Arms.
Find it below and read the root.
Read it slowly. Notice which word makes your stomach drop. That is the one.
Ask where it is true right now.
Go through your 8 areas of life. The root is almost never about your body. It is about your work, your money, your marriage, how you think you are landing.
Get specific.
Yours has its own details because your life has its own details. Write the actual situation, the actual person, the actual sentence you keep saying to yourself.
Pick one. Not five.
Choose the one that bothers you most and work that one until it shifts. Then come back for the next.
One rule: this is for decoding yourself. Do not decode your sister's forehead at Thanksgiving. Nobody asked, and it only works when you are the one doing the looking.
Your 8 areas of life.
Where a reflection shows up is never where it started. A forehead line is almost never about your face. Use these to find the real address.
Mental
Learning, understanding, how smart and capable you feel.
Physical
Your body, how you move it, and what you put in it.
Vocation
Your calling. Not just the job that pays the bills right now.
Financial
Your beliefs, habits and emotions around money.
Family
Anyone under your roof, including a partner you live with.
Social
Friends, dating, and anyone you do not live with.
Spiritual
Your intuition, your faith, your connection to guidance.
Passion & Hobby
What you do purely for joy. Never for money.
Underneath all eight are two roots: self love and self image. How you see yourself, and how you believe other people see you. Every reflection eventually leads back to one of them.
Look it up.
Nothing matched that. Try a simpler word, like the body part on its own.
Knowing the root is step one. Shifting it is the work.
Every entry in here has a matching exercise, the specific tool that shifts that root. That is what I teach live inside The Unstoppable You Community, and the full guide with every tool matched to every entry lives in the Membership.
Bring the one you picked. We will work it together.
