Your money beliefs
How they got wired to your self worth, and the journaling work that starts to shift them.
I completely misunderstood wealth for most of my life, because I was taught wrong about it. And untangling that is the reason my whole relationship with money changed.
Your money situation was never really about money. It is a reflection of what you believe you're worth, and whether, deep down, you feel like you actually deserve to have it. This guide is where you start to rewire that. Grab a journal, because this one is meant to be done, not just read.
Money is a reflection
The overspending, the undercharging, the money that comes in and won't stay, the number that decides how you feel about yourself. None of it is random, and none of it is a discipline problem. It is mirroring back exactly what you believe you're worth, your self worth, the internal perception of how you see yourself.
So we are not going to fix your money by budgeting harder. We are going to shift the beliefs and the sense of deserving underneath it. That is the work that actually moves the number.
You do not attract what you want. You attract what you believe you deserve.
Do you feel you deserve it?
Before wealth can come and stay, some part of you has to genuinely believe you deserve it. Most of us never do this work, so let's do it now.
Name your end game
If you did the work you love, with the skills you already have, what would it actually look like? Dream it out in detail.
Audit someone who's already doing it
Pick one or two people who are already making the kind of money you want. Study them honestly.
Build your case for deserving it
Choose your target number, then make the case that you deserve it. And do not stop at a few.
Make it a daily rep
This is how the belief gets installed, in tiny moments all day long.
Before you unlock your phone, each time, name one reason you deserve this amount. Then put a post-it note on your pillow that reads: do I feel like I fully deserve this wealth?
The fair exchange
When you feel owed, or feel like you owe, in any area of your life, that imbalance leaks straight into your money. So we balance the scales.
Choose the two areas where you feel the most out of fair exchange. Family. Work. Vocation. Relationships. Money and bills. Your body. Yourself. Even the Universe.
Balance the scale
Start with one area, say, family. Ask yourself honestly, and take your time, this one runs deep. Do I feel owed here, or do I feel like I owe?
If you feel owed, list everything you gave that person or situation. Then ask what you could have received back that would equal what you gave.
If you feel like you owe, list everything they gave you. Then ask what you gave that equals what you were given.
In every area of my life, I have always given and gotten exactly what I needed.
Make money your highest area
Here's a psychology hack that sounds backwards until it clicks. You make the financial area of your life your highest priority. Not because money is the point, but because money is the means. It is what lets you keep doing the work you're here to do, and reach the people you're here to reach.
But here is the catch, and it's everything. You do not get there by chasing money. You get there by chasing impact. Set your goals around the number of people you are meant to reach and change with your soul path, not the number in your account.
Because when your focus is impact, the money has to follow. You get rewarded for it, and that influx is exactly what keeps you on your path and lets you help even more people. Flip it, put the financial gain first, and the money dries up. It's a genuine brain hack.
Money is not your number one priority. Impact is. And impact is what makes the financial area of your life thrive.
So pay yourself first, always. Look at your accounts on purpose, not with your stomach dropping. Set up separate accounts to grow your wealth deliberately, the way a woman who fully expects to be wealthy would.
This is only the beginning.
