Terms & Conditions

Program Provider: Melanie Watson Intuition (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”)
Customer: (“Client,” “you,” “your”)

By purchasing and enrolling in the Unstoppable YOU program (the “Program”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the Program.

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Unstoppable YOU is a digital personal development and self-transformation program providing:

  • Weekly video lessons (drip-released)

  • Homework assignments

  • Access to a private Signal channel

  • Live calls as scheduled

  • Lifetime access to all purchased content

New modules are released every Sunday at 6:00am CST.

The Program is delivered entirely online.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

Pricing

  • Beta Round: $499

  • Full Program: $1,099 (after beta round)

Payment Options

  • 1 payment (paid in full)

  • 2 payments (50% each)

  • 3 payments (33% each)

Payment Plan Agreement

By choosing a payment plan, you acknowledge:

  • All payments are required in full.

  • Payment plans may not be canceled.

  • You are responsible for completing all installments regardless of participation.

Late Payments

  • A $25 late fee is automatically added to each failed payment attempt until payment is successful.

  • After 3 failed attempts, your access to the Program will be suspended.

  • Full access will be restored once the outstanding balance is paid.

3. REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Non-participation

  • Change of financial situation

  • Change of interest

  • Not completing the Program

  • Perceived lack of results

You are responsible for your purchase. No exceptions will be made.

4. Order Bumps (Add-On Services)

4.1 Daily Energetic Recovery & Morning Activation Audios ($19)

This includes two channeled audios designed for energetic recalibration, frequency boosting, emotional clearing, chakra repair, intuition strengthening, and energetic shielding.

Terms:

  • Delivered digitally immediately upon purchase

  • Lifetime access

  • All sales final, no refunds

  • May not be resold or taught as your own (see IP section)

4.2 Private Intuitive Reading — 75 Minutes ($125 for program members)

This session includes:

  • Soul path reading

  • Creator Field analysis

  • Block identification

  • Channeled intuitive guidance

  • Personalized next steps

Terms:

  • Must be scheduled within 6 months of purchase (or specify another timeline if you prefer)

  • Sessions missed without 24-hour notice are forfeited

  • All sales final, no refunds

  • Rescheduling allowed once with proper notice

  • Intuitive guidance is not a substitute for medical, therapeutic, or financial advice


5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content within Unstoppable YOU—including videos, workbooks, scripts, lessons, concepts, frameworks, and community discussions—is the intellectual property of Melanie Watson Intuition.

Permitted Use

Because the teachings are Source-aligned, you are permitted to:

  • Use what you learn in your personal life

  • Integrate concepts into your coaching or work

  • Share the teachings with others verbally

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, duplicate, or distribute Program materials as your own

  • Sell or resell the Program or any part of it

  • Market the Program content as your proprietary methodology

  • Represent yourself as the creator of Unstoppable YOU

Teaching from the wisdom is allowed. Replicating or reselling Program assets is not.

6. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES (SIGNAL CHANNEL)

By participating in the private Signal community, you agree to:

  • Treat all members with respect

  • Maintain confidentiality of shared experiences

  • Avoid harassment, discrimination, or hostile behavior

  • Use the space for support, questions, insights, and connection

  • Refrain from spamming, pitching, or soliciting services

The Company reserves the right to remove any member who violates these guidelines without refund.

7. LIMITATION OF RESULTS

You understand that:

  • Individual results vary

  • Outcomes depend on your commitment, implementation, and internal work

  • The Company does not guarantee results of any kind

You are fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.

8. DISCLAIMERS

Not Medical, Mental Health, or Financial Advice

The Program does not provide:

  • Medical advice

  • Therapy

  • Counseling

  • Psychiatric treatment

  • Financial advice

  • Legal advice

The Program is educational and spiritual in nature.

You agree to consult with appropriate licensed professionals as needed.

9. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for:

  • Your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing

  • Your decisions and actions

  • Your financial commitments

  • Your participation in the Program

  • Creating your own results

You agree to hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation.

10. TERMINATION

The Company may remove a client from the Program without refund if they:

  • Violate community guidelines

  • Engage in abusive or harmful behavior

  • Fail to complete their payment plan

  • Act in a way that disrupts the Program environment

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By purchasing the Program, you acknowledge:

  • You have read and understood these Terms

  • You voluntarily agree to them

  • You are fully responsible for your purchase and payment plan

  • You accept these policies without dispute
