Melanie Watson · Intuition & Neuroscience
Terms of Use
Last updated: October 3, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Melanie Watson, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"), owned and operated by Melanie Watson. They apply to our website at melaniewatson.co, our free community, and every webinar, reading, course, program, mentorship, digital product, guide, quiz, podcast, newsletter, and other content or service we offer now or in the future, whether free or paid (together, the "Services"), on any platform we use to deliver them, including Squarespace, Circle, ThriveCart, Substack, Flodesk, and Instagram.
By using the Services, joining our community, signing up for anything free, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms, our Community Guidelines, our Privacy Policy, and, for anything you buy, our Terms of Sale. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using them, you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to enter into this agreement.
2What our work is, and what it is not
Our Services are spiritual, intuitive, educational, and personal growth services. They include intuitive readings, energy work, coaching, and teachings drawn from intuition, spiritual practice, and neuroscience-informed coaching.
Melanie Watson is an intuitive teacher and coach. She is not a physician, nurse, psychologist, psychotherapist, counselor, or other licensed health care or mental health provider, and she is not a lawyer or financial advisor. Nothing in the Services is medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and nothing in the Services is a diagnosis, treatment, or cure for any medical or mental health condition.
When we talk about the emotional or energetic root of a physical experience, including topics like body image, aging, appearance, illness, fertility, pregnancy, or menopause, we are sharing a spiritual and emotional perspective, not a medical explanation. Practices such as "energetic plastic surgery," "energetic botox," clearings, and healings are spiritual practices. They are not medical or cosmetic procedures and are not a substitute for them.
Our Services are meant to be used alongside, never instead of, care from qualified professionals. Never stop, delay, skip, or change any medical treatment, medication, or professional care because of anything you hear, read, or experience in the Services. Always talk to your doctor or other qualified provider about your health.
If you are in crisis or someone is in danger, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line in your country right away. The Services, including the community and direct messages, are not monitored for emergencies.
3Your choices and your results
You are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results, including any decision you make based on a reading, teaching, or conversation in the Services. Intuitive information is interpretive by nature, and people experience this work differently.
We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including any physical, emotional, financial, relationship, or health result. Any stories, testimonials, or examples we share describe one person's experience. They are not typical and are not a promise of what you will experience.
Some of our programs include guided movement, breathwork, visualization, or emotional processing. Participate only within your own physical and emotional limits, and check with your doctor before doing any physical practice if you have any health concerns. You take part voluntarily and at your own risk.
4Community conduct
Our communities run on our Community Guidelines, which are part of these Terms. In short, you agree not to:
- harass, bully, threaten, shame, or discriminate against anyone;
- share another person's private information, posts, or stories outside the community, including by screenshot;
- give unsolicited readings, or diagnose, name a disease over, or give medical advice to anyone;
- advise anyone to skip, stop, or change medical treatment or medication;
- sell, recruit, promote, or send unsolicited messages to members without our written permission;
- post anything illegal, infringing, sexually explicit, hateful, or misleading, or any spam or malware;
- impersonate anyone or use a fake account; or
- share your login or access with anyone else.
We may remove content, limit features, suspend, or remove anyone from the Services at any time, at our discretion, with or without notice, including when we believe it is needed to protect the safety or trust of the community. Our free community and free offers are provided at no cost, and we may change, pause, or end them, or anyone's access to them, at any time. Removal from paid Services is governed by our Terms of Sale.
5Recording of live sessions
We record live webinars, Q&A sessions, group readings, and other live calls, whether free or paid. Recordings may be included in our free or paid products, such as courses, programs, and replay libraries, and short clips may be used in our teaching and marketing.
If you attend a live session, you consent to being recorded, including your name, image, voice, questions, and any reading or comments you take part in, and to our use of those recordings as described here, without payment to you. If you would prefer not to appear, keep your camera off, use your first name only or a nickname, and ask us before the session to keep your question anonymous. If you appear in a clip we use publicly outside the community and would like it removed, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to remove it from future use.
You may not record, screenshot, download, or redistribute any live session or recording yourself.
6Confidentiality between members
We ask every member to keep what others share private, and we will act on any breach we learn about. However, we cannot control what every member does and cannot guarantee that information you share in a group space will remain confidential. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing, and keep your full name, address, health records, and other sensitive details out of group posts.
7Your content
You keep ownership of the posts, comments, questions, photos, and other content you share in the Services ("Your Content"). By sharing Your Content, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, display, and reproduce it within the Services so the community can work as intended, and, for questions you submit for readings or live sessions, to use it in those sessions and their recordings.
Comments and testimonials. We may share comments, reviews, and testimonials you give us or post in the Services on our social media, sales pages, and website to promote our products and services. If you do not want something you shared used this way, tell us at melanie@melaniewatson.co and we will stop using it going forward. If you give us a testimonial, you confirm it reflects your honest experience, and we will not edit it in a way that changes its meaning.
You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the right to share it.
8Our content and intellectual property
All content in the Services, including our teachings, frameworks, methods, protocols, scripts, workbooks, recordings, videos, audio, written materials, graphics, and our business, brand, and program names, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use our content for your own personal growth while you have access to it. You may not copy, record, share, post, sell, resell, sublicense, adapt, teach, or use our content to create competing products or services, or present our teachings, frameworks, or protocols as your own, without our written permission. You may not use our content to train or build any artificial intelligence tool.
If you believe something in the Services infringes your copyright, contact us at melanie@melaniewatson.co with the details and we will review it promptly.
9Third-party platforms and links
We deliver the Services using third-party platforms such as Circle, ThriveCart, Squarespace, Substack, Flodesk, Zoom, and payment processors. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability, security, or practices. Links to other websites or resources are for convenience only, and we do not control or endorse them.
10Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time.
11Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we, and our owner, contractors, and agents, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Services, your reliance on any reading or teaching, or the conduct of any member, even if we were told such damages were possible.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
Some places do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
12Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, our owner, contractors, and agents from any claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from Your Content, your use of the Services, your conduct toward other members, or your breach of these Terms.
13Resolving disagreements
If you have a concern, please contact us first at melanie@melaniewatson.co. Most issues can be resolved quickly and informally, and you agree to try to do so for at least 30 days before starting any formal proceeding.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY] County, Tennessee, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. If you live outside the United States, you may also have rights under the mandatory consumer laws of your country, which these Terms do not take away.
14Ending your use
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access as described in Section 4. Sections 3, 5 through 8, and 10 through 15 continue to apply after your access ends.
15General
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, let members know through the community or by email. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept it.
These Terms, together with the Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Sale, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours in connection with a sale or restructuring of our business.
